My Admin Apllication

I have been admin on Minecraft servers and owner but not on Team fortress 2.
5. What are your goals in this community?
I want to help and build the community bigger and stronger to make sure we can keep all of the servers up and running.
6. Why do you want to hold this position(s)?
I am very kind and friendly to other players and i feel like i have earned it. Also strict when needed to be. I can bring a lot to the community
7. How Much Time do you spend on the Servers / Forums?
2-4 hours a day on school days but on weekend mainly 3-5. Mainly Servers though.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I would say 3-4 weeks maybe 5 weeks
9. How much time would you devote to your duties?
I would devote as much as possible. Making sure everything is in order and fair. How ever much is needed. 21 hours a week at least.
10. What do you think the Current Administrators / Moderators can improve upon?
I think they are all doing great and should keep up the good work and we might come upon some issues but we can work them out
11. What do you think the current Administrators / Moderators do right?
They are strict when needed to be and listen to the community. also are very trust worthy.
12. How long have you been part of trading?
I trade every now and then i have gotten into it more than i usually do the past couple of weeks I'm learning the more complicated stuff and spread sheets.

14. Would you be willing to donate?
I will try to donate as much as possible but wont be able to start donating until 1-2 moths from now.
