Steps To Making a Custom Weapon

Step Two: Go to http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Attributes and Pick The attributes you want
Example: 1,3,159,74,

Step Three: (Optional)Pick your Unusual Effect WARNING: Exclamation This Will Affect the price Exclamation

Step Four: Make a Quote
